Pitching Regulations

Once a pitcher is removed from the mound they may not re-enter as a pitcher for that game. Any player on a regular season team may pitch. (NOTE: There is no limit to the number of pitchers a team may use in a game.) The manager must remove the pitcher when said pitcher reaches the limit for their age group as noted in division rule, once the current batter has been completed; but the pitcher may remain in the game at another position. Any pitcher to have thrown at least 41 pitches cannot play the position of catcher. Likewise, any player who has played the position of catcher in four or more innings in a game is not eligible to pitch that game. (Receiving one pitch constitutes an inning)

FIVE RUN RULE (Except 16u)

The visiting team may score 8 runs in the first. After the first inning each team may only go ahead by five runs per inning.

FORFEITS

Each team must have at least eight players in order to have an official game. If one team is unable to field a team with at least eight players then the other team wins the game by forfeit. If both teams are unable to field a team with at least eight players then both teams are given a loss in the league standings. If both teams are unable to field a team with at least eight players in the post season tournament then both teams are eliminated from the post season tournament.
